A. Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Yuming Miao, Brunner Strasse 91/8, 1210 Wien, Austria, Tel.: +43 69917370770, Email: contact@orbitopia.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Important Notes

The right of withdrawal is only applicable for products that have not been opened and remain in their original packaging, ensuring that the goods are suitable for resale. Products that have been opened, used, or whose packaging has been damaged are not eligible for a refund within the fourteen-day withdrawal period.

**Blind box products are excluded from the fourteen-day withdrawal policy and cannot be returned or refunded.**

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to blind box products or similar items where the contents are not disclosed in advance and are subject to random selection.
